As an autumn enthusiast, I yearned to create a whimsical shooting experience amidst nature’s splendor. A picturesque spot in Austria’s upper regions, mere steps from our wedding location, became my muse. I would often run through this forested haven during my free time, collecting ideas for a wild and natural shoot. I shared these visions with a professional partner, and we conspired to bring them to life amidst fall’s vibrant colors.
Together, we crafted an enchanting setting replete with charming details. The autumn hues served as our inspiration, incorporating dried flowers in terracotta tones, candlelight, and handmade macramé to create a unique atmosphere within the forest’s borders. Our lounge area featured modern table settings, sweet treats, and even a doughnut wall.
As we commenced filming, a brief rain shower threatened to dampen our spirits, but it cleared just as quickly, leaving behind a delightful raindrop effect on our wedding stationery. Later, two adorable alpacas, Heinzi and Nila, joined the shoot, presenting their own unique set of challenges – namely, resisting the urge to devour the wedding bouquet!
We were thoroughly delighted with this picturesque setting for a wedding, which ultimately inspired me to make it available as an option for future couples seeking to tie the knot in this very same spot.
